    June 21st 2009

    We are already receiving entries for the second round of the Welsh League. Please don't leave it to late to enter as we send loads of entries back before round 1. First come first serve!!

    were you there yesterday? The GB boys looked good, in fact i was impressed with the overall standard

    No mate, couldn't make it. Cheers for the props

    Lee Mitchell subbed both opponents, one in 20secs and one in 2:30 ish, both with armbars. Jon Andrew fought once and had a really good scrap apparently. Jon is still a novice grappler (but learning fast) and his opponent had 20 years judo experience (I have been told) so sounds like a wicked performance.

    He is just doing that he can. Was meant to fight pro at Predator Fight Night 2 but the fight was cancelled, so he decided to do the amateur league short notice.

    i look forward to seeing him fight at maesteg. i saw his first interclub fight in cardiff where he won by KO haha!
