Yea. I use it to look at al the places I used to stay. Also if I have to find a difficult address so that I know what the place looks like.

I used it to get very homesick.
Although I hardly recognise Glasgow anymore!

Wiegie, he means actual street view as in stand in the street. It was just out for the UK today. (If you knew this ignore me and think of the special times we had and think of me fondly... suppress the rage... suppress!! )

Lol Godders. I meant I usd to use it for when I stayed in the states for a while. I used to stay in boston and san francisco which was the first place to get it as bebo is based out of there.

Did any of you guys see the google cars driving about? I saw them every day in the street where I worked for about a week. Hopefully I'll be in the pictures!

P.S. Glasgow has actually changed quite a bit now that you mention it.

Yeah, I saw the cars in Swansea a few times. Gonna check it out when I can, see if I can spot my car anywhere.

One report I read (probably the Guardian) said they have hidden Wally (of Where's Wally? fame) in the UK one somewhere. I assume it's already been found.

    Where is it available?

I've just been to http://maps.google.com/help/maps/streetview/ but the UK doesn't seem to have any functionality yet??

    Nothing shows up mate.

Loads of other places (the US, France/Spain/Italy) have blue indicators to allow access to streetview but I haven't got any showing up in the UK.
