Yeah it's probably them. I had the same problem, getting really bad stomach cramps. Do you take them first thing in the morning? That's what I done and apparrently you have to take them with water on a full stomach. Fucked them off and just take a sanatogen in the morning now. The wellmans are mega expensive aswell.
yeah thats what iv been doing, started taking them in the evening instead see how that goes. and detox it just says silicon 10mg?
ok well thats no problem , some people use silicon dioxide which i have heard bad stuff about .
this may not be relevant but can you look to see if they have silicon dioxide in them , or as a filling agent??
I take 'wellwoman' sometimes. Guessing it's similar? Never notice any difference to how I feel, whether I take them or not.
