Just a note to let you know that my Teacher,Wilson Junior,Black Belt will be teaching at Carlson Gracie Blue Wave in Bury St Edmunds,Suffolk,every Wednesday @ 7.30pm

Wilson is the Founder of Carlson Gracie Revolution Team,starting the first club
in London 2002.
If you live in East Anglia it would be crazy not to attend these classes.
