Default Need help with my diet.

I'm currently 57-60kg. and want to gain weight to get to around 65kg.

Can anyone give me a good diet to follow, such as breakfast, dinner, tea, and snacks?

I'm also gonna lift weights aswell to help.

Also anyone know any easy ways to make home made energy drinks?
