People of Essex(and beyond) - Crossfit
Hi all
Just thought I would post up that our gym has just become a crossfit affilliate. CrossFit is a method of training developed in the states that incorporates functional training (much like you see in the ufc training vids etc) olympic lifting and gymnastics to attain total fitness. Many fighters already use this method such as BJ Penn & Chuck Liddell (Arguably not the best examples but hey!
)
We would just like to offer any MMA fans/fighters the chance to pop down and have a workout on the house. PM me for more details. Please have a look at our website to find out more
www.crossfitessex.co.uk
or look at www.crossfit.com for more on crossfit & mma.
Thanks - Brett

Is there any Crossift near Watford?

Look on the bottom left of the page it lists out everywhere they have a registered affilate.
If there is not an affilate near you and you have the space you can always start at home with very basic equipment. Or have a look on the crossfit forum and ask if anyone crossfit's near to you.
