    Default DAYTIME MUAY THAI CLASSES FOR MMA at CARLSON GRACIE HAMMERSMITH

    We have added a Tuesday 2pm-4pm Muay Thai for MMA Class to the schedule.

    We now have Monday-Thursday BJJ 12pm-2pm
    Monday and Wednesday-No Gi
    Tuesday and Thursday- Gi


    So,on a Tuesday if you pull a sickie you could do 12-4 Daytime BJJ and Thai.
    £8 for a single class,or £10 for the double.

    ALL CLASSES AT ALL CARLSON ACADEMIES ARE INCLUDED FOR THOSE THAT PAY THE MONTHLY FEE AT ANY ACADEMY (£60),

    So if you're paying a Monthly at Tonbridge,Mataleao,Camberley,A.F.S.,Blue Wave and want some extra daytime training in London-Its free
