Default Best way to prepare for an amateur MMA fight

I have a fight coming up in 5 weeks, and i was wondering what the best way to prepare would be, such as my diet and fitness

i already train 6 out of 7 days a week

    monday - thai boxing
    tuesday - mma
    wednesday - thai boxing
    thursday - rest
    friday - mma and circuit
    saturday - mma and circuit
sunday - BJJ and mma sparring

    any advice will be appreciated

    thanks

    First off, wrong forum

Second, you need discipline, not advice. You know what crap food is, stop eating it
