    Training at Carlson's this bankholiday--

    Good Friday- BJJ Basics 7.45pm-9pm(Barnaby Gorton- Brown Belt)

    Saturday-Judo for BJJ 12.30pm (Danny Murphy-Judo 5th Dan/BJJ Purple)

    BJJ 2pm-4pm (Simon Hayes - Black Belt)

    Easter Sunday-Womans BJJ Open mat 2pm-5pm

    No Gi 5pm (Ryan Robinson Pro MMA fighter)

    Bank Holiday Monday-BJJ Basics 6.30pm-7.45pm (Simon Hayes- Black Belt)

    BJJ 7.45pm-9.30pm (Wilson Junior- Black Belt)

    FIRST CLASS FREE

    £8 Single class for those that have been before

    £10 Double Class

    EASTER WEEKEND SPECIAL OFFER £20 UNLIMITED TRAINING
