    Default Competition Strategy And Technique Seminar At Carlsons

    On Saturday the 2nd May we will be running a 'Competition strategy and technique' Seminar at Carlson Gracie Revolution Team Hammersmith (Boiler Room) Dojo at 12.30pm-4pm

    We will be covering rules,points and strategies for winning BJJ competitions.

    The Seminar is FREE and is open to all Carlson Gracie students from any of our
    clubs.

    There will be no sparring at the Seminar.

    The Seminar is closed to anyone who doesn't train and fight for us.

    Please note-The usual Judo and BJJ classes on Saturday the 2nd May are cancelled.

    awesome insentive.

    make sure you add.. if the referee is from the other team.. That you shout at him ALOT.. so he wont give a advantage for doing a headlock

    again great work.
