the best seminar i've been to was a neil adams armbar seminar, i'd definately go to another, he obviously has a gift for the technique, and his instruction was excellent.

Had the immense privilge of hosting a seminar with Neil a few years back we did arm bars and sangaku, I was his uke and he bangs em on hard!!
