    As far as the advanced divisions are concerned, the consistant approach around the country in the UK Submission Grappling competitions is to allow heel hooks/toe holds. I there any plans to introduce this to the advanced divisions?

    Great prizes for winners in this event, i dont think there is a competition that hands out this much gear!

    Fairly sure that last time you could toe-hold, but not heel hook? I think it's the insurance risk that's the issue, rather than the semantics of rules.

    That said, heel hooks ftw!!!

    Last event was superb, I took 2 of my lads. We may have around 10 entering from Salford MMA this time.

    I recon its going to be a battle between geddes and gary in the final, theyve both got quite unique styles but i recon gary is a bit more submission oriented and hes probably got a bit of strength on him too. Then again im biased

    Who is doing -68kg btw??
