Default Help needed with Diet + Nutrition.

Im 16 atm and basically have just started going to the Gym 3-4 times a week, I've always done a few pushups etc in the house and been in shape, I weigh around 9 and a half stone which is 65kg or so I think :P, I'm not so much interested in gaining weight but more interested in getting a healthier diet as i've always been eating shit, as in Bacon, sausage and mushroom sandwhiches everyday and chips etc. I've been drinking around 3 litres of water a day recently which I think is a good start. Basically i'd just like some dietry advice to suit my new schedule, also which would help when I start some MMA or something.

And, Although this may sound a bit... cheesy but, what would help with increasing the size of my arms, I mean they're muscley but, un-tensed they're tiny and look stupid.

Oh, Also im looking at getting some protein shakes and bars, Could anyone tell me if this would be profitable and suggest some that would fit in with the suggested diets and my age/weight.

    Thanks, Ben.

you say you don't want to gain weight but you want bigger guns (arms).

First thing you need is to sort your goals out.

as for protien shakes, if your not getting enough protien in check my sig for a v good uk site that offer protien and other supps, at 16 years old i would only suggest taking protien shakes, and nothing else personally supplement wise such as creatine/N.O/etc
    MP85206 for 5% off myprotien.co.uk first orders.

Haha...No. Profitable doesn't always have to mean cash wise. And also, Pauljono it was a rough guess.

try to eat more carbs/protein from your food :- potatoes, meats pasta etc, and use the shakes as a boost whilst your training. If you search the forum there is some really helpful advice.

Yeah, So I've been drinking water whilst at the Gym, Would you say swap that for protein shake? And yeah I've been looking about and there's tones of stuff it's I think most people are alot older and possibly heavier so some personal advice was probably better :P
