Anyone who interested in some extra drilling/sparring during the week daytimes come along to train with me and a few other lucky souls who arent stuck in work

wednesday 6th may 2.15pm til 4pm.
Friday 8th may 130pm til 3pm

Also, if your interested in beginning BJJ, Thai or MMA, this is an ideal time to come along and have a chat about it before you come to your first class

Daytime Training Schedule - Conditioning, Drilling and Sparring
Our daytime training schedule is as follows
Monday - 10am til 12pm
Wednesday - 10am til 12pm
Friday - 2pm til 4pm

All students are welcome at these sessions regardless of style or ability. If you are eager to begin training in BJJ, Muay Thai or MMA, this is an ideal time to come along and get a taste of what we do.
