The Simons Hayes Armbar drilling by numbers. From side control on opps right side,
1. hold your left lapel with your right hand, trapping their left arm on the right side of your head.
2. roll back, lifting your opps back off the floor, pin their face/necl to the floor -HARD
3. step directly behind opps back with your left foot, close to their shoulder, and with your left hand, grab the gi pants at the knee.
4. Sit back and armbar - do not release either grip until they tap.

2. roll up and pin down
3. step and grab the pants
4. sit back and pull.

Thats how it went - you called the numbers - we did the moves.
