Got Lonsdale sauna suit, same as hatton promotes and fuck me it works! Any one else trained in one of these? 2 part suit, velcro fastners round wrists and ankles....i thought i was dying ha

Jesus i wouldnt wear it in there after trying it out now, how hard is it to get the top off aswell. Cant believe how well it works. How you finindg the heat out in japan any way mate ?

I'm back in the UK. Did a fair bit of running in the sauna suit out there. Got a decent sweat up

I have a Pro Box one, works well very in the gym. Women dont apprecite it when i open the cuff and water pours out... lol

I also have a lonsdale neoprene belt which i wear around my waist with a sweatshirt on over the top . I am more hardcore than Ron Jeremy...
