    I've never got on with them either, maybe I'll try a dentist or opro one. I hate the boil and bites.

    With the proper moulded ones, you hardly even notice them in your mouth.

    Are the ones from the dentist all one size ? or can you ask for a light weight version?
    I just dont want to spend 40 and have it make me choke!

    It won't make you choke dude.

    I hate boil & bites, all the ones I tried made me gag... I can't even feel the Opro in my mouth.
