DAN HARDY reckons victory over Marcus Davis will thrust him into the mixed martial arts spotlight in America.
The Outlaw faces the 35-year-old American in a welterweight grudge match at UFC 99 in Germany next Saturday.
The pair have been involved in a bitter war of words ever since Hardy called out the Irish Hand Grenade earlier this year.
Hardy is keen to avenge the defeats that fellow Brits Paul Kelly, Paul Taylor and Jason Tan have suffered at the hands of the Maine native.
But the Englishman insists: "As far as I'm concerned, it's nothing personal, I'm just poking fun at him.
"I don't like the fact that he's 3-0 against UK fighters - that doesn't sit well with me.
