the academy is at Ladbroke Grove, RGA 2 is in Kilburn

its a £100 a month to train at the main roger gracie academy - but this is for unlimited training which can be upto 3 classes a day 6 days a week. so if you can make alot of classes you can get more than your moneys worth.
like most gyms the level varies depending on the guy your rolling with from complete novice all the way up to world champ.
