Gregs Grappling Marathon

A big congratulations and thanks to my coach and forum member Greg Creel(creely), who today endured an 8 hour grappling marathon at the Celtic Pride gym in Abertillery, South Wales, in aid of Help for Heroes.
Things kicked off at 6am with Greg fresh and ready to go and myself still half asleep. After 2 hours the ‘greg vs celtic pride tapout tally’ stood at 25-0 in creelys favour, and after 8 hours solid grappling a very very tired purple belt managed a final score of 136-0!
Best parts came when I offered up an extra £5 in sponsor money if he could get me in a twister(and duly obliged) and when he had an armbar locked on one student so tight, that he reached over to the nearby tally board, marked off the tap, then raised his hips to finish the submission
