if so are they anygood ? claims to do the below . thinking about getting one

a) Decompression of spine alleviates back pain

b) Stimulates blood flow - Reduces fatigue

c) Relaxes and reduces stress

i got one off ebay 30£ cos the bird wanted it out of her living room , they are good,worth getting if your lower back is in pain as it gives it a nice rest.

HIGHLY advisable!!! Absolutely excellent piece of kit especially when you're squatting or deadlifting heavy.
