Just a quick plug really for the class, we have been trying to establish BJJ here at Caged Steel for a while. Many of you will know we are predominantly a MMA gym.
We have built the foundations for a good BJJ group now, we have Carl Fisher here teaching Gi BJJ and we have Danny Mitchell teaching mainly no-gi grappling, both Purple Belts.
If anyone is in the area come and check us out, we always welcome any visitors or anyone interested in training here.
