Just pick something and do it for gods sake. Doing something is always better than doing nothing!

Great advice guys, I spent ages trying to decide what I was gonna do and when I would be able to fit it into my schedule and all that, then I never got started.

When I fixed my stepson's bike I started running so as he could get out on the bike. We ran to a park where I found there was circuit training stuff there and in a couple of weeks I've made massive improvements in fitness and lost a bit of weight.

Also at the park I found a group of guys from different MA's that all train together on a Sunday, I'm gonna start training with them this week.

Just get off your arse, once you get started you can decide how to change your regime, but if you don't start you're wasting your time.
