Do we realistically want / need government inolvement at the base level of things ?
I can see a few positives and negatives...
Got a reply from the CCPR (CCPR is the national alliance of governing and representative bodies of sport and recreation.)
They gave me a brief explanation of what they would look for in an associate body and gave me a link to some useful resources on their website... becoming associated with CCPR could be a good starting point for gaining recognition IMO.
