    Default Fight conditioning

Here's the thing, i'm on my third semi pro fight, my first two went well ending quickly but my third went the distance, 3x5 min rounds and seriously i had nothing left at the end of the second round. Any tips or websites that could help me build a solid anerobic workout to improve my cardio?

You want a strong aerobic system more than an anaerobic one

leigh (or anyone), would you say its better doing multiple (10 - 12) of low rep (2 - 3) sets with minimum rest and heavy weight of compound exercises?

or a few (5 - 6) sets of high reps (15 - 20) for anaerobic training for mma?
