Just ran 17.18 for a 5k will push it a bit next time though
I run 5k in 19.29, bit quicker on a treadmill, I'm 5.11 73Kg 28yo so fairly happy with that
my 5k is 18mins 48secs PB and 10k was 37mins 54secs PB
Im 97kg and 6ft 3 haha

As others have said treadmill and road times are not comparible. Treadmill 5k (or any distance) is meaningless other than for fitness and to measure personal progression.
5k in 25 mins is pretty good going. Sub 22 is very good. Sub 20 is awesome!
I'm no runner, i struggle to do the 25, my mrs however is now sub 20!

I usually start off my routine at home with a 5km warm up on the road and it takes about 22 mins.
I am 65kgs, 5'6" and 53 yo.

I'm 32, 5"10 and 120kg. More fat than muscle.
I've started doing 29 minute runs on the treadmill for recovery. 5x5 mins at 11kmph and 4x1 mins recovery at 8kmph.
I'll just try a 5kmph run in a bit to see.
