It is never the falling that makes us fail.
It is never the pain or the crying.
You can never fail in life, my friend,
    Unless you give up trying.

If you like the taste then eat them/drink the smoothies.

They have no magical qualities, just like any other berry.

Yeah there was an article on them recently which dimissed their status as some incredible super food as marketing hype. They're apparently very comparable to all berries and simple fuits like apples

I hate nutritionists (as if that term means anything) like this. He says "My bet is on the pomegranate, which has some amazing clinical research proving real world efficacy, not theoretical lab analysis" without providing any references, wtf?

As an aside, I don't think there have been any trials on humans showing positive effects of antioxidants.

Nope. I'm trying to look for the BBC doc that tested an array of super-foods and super fruits for the benefits of antioxidants.

Basically after 2 weeks of trials, the vitamin levels and anti oxidant levels in those who ate microwave meals and all that shit were roughly the same as those who were eating berries and all that shit.

There were also tests done by some scientist woman on other types of foods including colesterolul reducing spreads and stuff that helps you shit / friendly bacteria .

    Horizon it could have been.

Having had a brief look. There were two different series. one was this:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sn/tvradio/prog...et/highlights/

This looked more into challenging what particuar food manufacturers stated on their products.

I'll try and find the one about the fruits and super foods.
