    Default Cyclone Headaches

A mate of mine has been using maximuscle cyclone but complains it gives him headaches. He was wondering if something in it may be causing them?

Anyone experienced similar or got any insight into this?

    The ingredients listed are:

    Per 1 serving = 60g (1.5 scoops)
    Creatine Monohydrate 5.1g
    Glutamine 5.1g
HMBŪ (Enzymatic Metabolite of Leucine) 1.5g
    Potassium Bicarbonate 500mg
    Sodium Bicarbonate 500mg
    Beta-Ecdysterone (97%) from Suma 40mg
    Bioperine 5mg
    Chromium Polynicotinate

    Cheers

Thanks for the replies. Can't see aspartamine or caffeine in the list.

Could be he reacts to the Creatine like boxing brit. I'll ask him if he's had creatine before and suffered from side effects with just that...

Colours: cochineal in Cyclone Strawberry, beta-carotene and riboflavin in Vanilla, riboflavin in Banana. Sweetener: Acesulfame K, beta-ecdysterone, bioperine, chromium polynicotinate

It'll be the creatine, Creatine draws water away from the digestive system causing dehydration, tell him to either stop using it or start drinking 2 litres of water a day and the headaches should stop

he'll need more water man, creatine draws water to the muscles and away from organs including the brain. its the same idea as a sore head the morining after goin out on the lash!
minimum of 3l per day. water is vital man!
maximuscle is a rip off! go for PHD synergy instead! much better product!
