The "hook" of the Outsider promotion is that many of the match-ups are mma fighters vs local toughmen, yakuza, bike gang members etc.. who always get tooled.
I'm fairly sure the guy that got knocked out was on the last Outsider card, gets into the ring giving everyone the screwface then gets suplexed and choked out.
