Hit a tyre for a minute, flip the tyre for a minute. Repeat

Google and youtube are useful if you're brand new to them, 1000s of possibilities. Probably come back on here and ask when you've exhausted those resources mate.

It depends what stage of training you are at and what you are looking to improve upon/achieve

If you have room try tire pull (with rope) using just legs or just arms (vary the pulling techniques with arm flexion/rows and rotations). Try drags with the sledge hammer and walks too

message me on www.targethealthandfitness.co.uk you want more specific advice. It's better to message me through my site

does anyone know how to work out the weight of a tyre? ours is huge, its about 2 ft tall and around 5 and a half to 6 ft tall. someone in our gym recons its around 500lbs but i dont know how they came to that number.

You could always flip the tyre jump in and out of it and flip again for one minute. The solutions just dont stop coming....
