    Default Interval Timers...Need suggestions

I've been through 4 Gymboss timers now and while they are great when they are working, they are very bloody flimsy and just stop working after a few weeks of being carried in my kit bag.

I've been on all the usual sites (made4fighters, fightshop, fightsuperstore, sugar rays etc) and theres plenty of good boxin timers that have 2 and 3 min round periods with 30 or 60 secs rest periods. Thats great for pad work, sparring and bag work, but I need mine for interval training too eg tabattas and circuits with 30secs/60secs per station.

Can anyone recommend a good site or a good timer which you can set to work intervals of 20secs, 30secs, 40secs and the usual 2, 3, 4, 5mins? I need help before I go daft and buy a sodding great expensive one and skint myself!!

    Thanks in advance.

PM me your email mate. I have some on MP3 that I could email across, then it's just a case of using a MP3 player/iPod and some speakers...
