I heard about someone who dropped 4 kilos in 40 minutes at Combat Sports Open to make weight and still ended up winning his weight category. I know it;s possible to cut weight like that but bugger me how it is done. God luck anyway.

It'd help if i didn't eat so much garbage, i try running with loads of layers and hot showers to imitate a sauna, but i was told by my kickboxing coach wearing more layers does nothing as the body cools itself down when too hot resulting in no difference.
