    Cool Sami Berik wins welterweight title at Strength and Honour

    Yesterday at Strength and Honour 6 show in Exmouth, Sami wins by
    submission, guillotine choke rd 1.

    Right in front of the seafront of Exmouth, the show had great atmosphere...

    thanks was a great event by the sea side with the venue within walking distance from the hotel.


    Hospitality was priceless! thanks to everyone who was a part of making it happen including all that fought.

    Ive got Ireland on sept18th then oct 9 with a 4man tourney which is set to be fun. never fought mma twice in one night. Done it with sanshou and it was tiring..lol

    mma is just a game based on a duel where we play with our arguments of physical expressions to the point where we stop when its time to..... We dont play for keeps. The moutain of a mole of it is purely for marketing purposes,lol
