Default New MMA class in Ormskirk, West Lancs with Dave Faulkner

TUF veteran Dave Faulkner is starting an MMA class at Fit for Life in Ormskirk at 7pm from next Tuesday 15th Sept.

I think Daves grappling & wrestling is well known to be up there with the best in the UK & he has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of MMA having been involved for a long time.

The class is just £5 and covers all levels from beginner to advanced.

Hopefully a grappling event will be held soon as well, but the details arent finalised yet so will let you know asap

Any questions put them here or PM me

    Thanks

The facilities at the gym are also really good (plenty of bags, good rolling space) and everything is new as the place has had a major refurbishment in the past 12 months.

I only use the gym facilities there but if I still trained MMA these days I would definitely be making the most of them.

Dave is a great guy and technically superb, if you can train with him then do it!

I am in every weekday, but usually after work between 5pm and 7pm. I am not hard to miss as I have tribal tattoos on my legs and forearms, shaved head, glasses, and make lots of grunting noises when lifting weights (there is only one other grunter in the gym!). I probably won't be joining any MMA classes though as I have not trained for three years and have no real passion for MMA training any more.
