Sorry if this has been posted, but would you recommend jogging with ankle weight's on? Is there any benefits? Thanks in advance
I could be wrong, but I heard there meant to be bad for your joints? I think weighted vests are meant to be better but there also more expensive I beleive.

ankle weights wrist weights and weighted vests are bad for your joints if you use them for running or shadow boxing.
truee they are bad however ankle and wrist are worse and in the end less beneifical to use rather than a weighted vest
