Agreed but I think it's good enough for a woman to do just 1 or 2 days at a place where they just do fight techinques really just to feel ok about doing them, not necessarily sparring.
The women that train casually might as well do nothing as they do not understand real violence and fighting anyway and the daft "women's self defence classes" where they are taught palm heel strike to the nose and knee to the groin just fills them with false sense of security. The women that fight properly and understand grappling and brawliong and what works and what doesn't may be able to beat up other untrained girls but they still wont be able to defeat a determined male who is taller and stronger and heavier. Not only that but she is also fucking her looks and life up by fighting instead of doing women's things that blokes like to see women do. This may sound sexist but nobody is impressed with "hard birds". Have you ever heard a bloke bragging about how hard his mrs is? Never!
Poor trolling, you can do better than this man!

What tests did they do? Shout 'raah' in front of some litmus paper and see how much spit came out?
I think its great that women train and I also enjoy watching them fight. I only recently downloaded all the womens Bodog fights including Sexton vs Tomomi
I like it because it what society tags as not normal or acceptablr for a woman , i think its spot on and I 100 % support women fighters/grapplers.
If you need a friend, get a dog !
