It's all about the community!

Here is the challenge: February 2010 – 28 days or 4 weeks (depending on how pedantic you are). For those 28 days we want to create a recorded log of exercise for the entire month from all the readers on KombatClinic.com. Whether it's on the site itself as a comment or over on our facebook pages.

CrossFit WOD’s, Ginastica Natural, Speed/Agility/Quickness sessions, Cardio work around Hyde Park, Anaerobic threshold hitting the big waves in Maui, Flexibility sessions, Recovery from the BJJ Europeans, Strength or simple BJJ and Judo… whatever your protocol… whatever Mesocycle you’re currently working through, let’s hear it!!!

Here is what to do:

2). Find the discussions tab on each ‘community’ and share your workouts with us all under “4 Weeks of Fitness 4 February”… that’s all there is to it! “4 Weeks of Fitness 4 February” guys, it’s that simple!
