    The best bit - is when you can take a shy kid who has been bullied at school and in the street and turn them into a confident look you in the eye and dont be afraid of their own shadow kid.
    ive had a few of these and it is an awesome feeling

    frustrating when you see a student with all the technical abillity in the world ...fitness etc but just wont engage in the sparring sessions.

    i find it very rewarding to feel under pressure during sparring or rolling with my students and to nearly tap or to be well and truly tapped ....to me that says im doing my job right ..and he caught me !!..lol

    very true
    it is truly a great feeling....or even vice versa to get the local thug turn up to train and he sticks it out and starts to show some respect to others ..that to has its rewards....as he is now spending more time training than cuasing trouble..
