My beard is so manly that it's sexual abilities permeate through the space/time continuum keeping it in a constant state of arousal.
Look at it this way, you have heard of men that are impotent. My beard could best be described as potent. So manly that the mere sight of it can cause arousal/pregnancy/death at its discretion.

I embrace them as bearded brothers, adding to the rich tapestry of beards that exist throughout the universe.
They also produce invigorating and manly music. I myself prefer jazz but to each their own. Especially the beardies.
As a matter of fact, the whole Borg invasion was her way of attempting to assimilate my manly beard. She then engineered her passage to Voyager so that she could access my personal logs and stroke the screen.
With Voyager returning to Earth, perhaps there is now scope for her to be assimilated into the collective of Frakes' Females.
