Paul Jenkins is running a beginners course, not sure when it starts though. There are threads on here about it somewhere, should find them easily enough with a search.

Chris Rees (Braulio Estima brown belt) teaches BJJ in Cardiff on Mon and Wed. See here for details; http://www.graciebarraswansea.co.uk

Triplema opposite Splott market is good, I've been training there for a couple of months now.

Here's the website, all the info you need is on there. The coach is Mike Furse, give him a bell or drop me a message on here if there's anything else you need to know mate, what the sessions are like or whatever.

the best plave to train mma in cardiff is with paul jenkins and the dogs of war.
if you want to train bjj or submission grappling then chris rees is the man.

What's wrong with Triplema? And what's wrong with doing gradings in MMA? I know it's not the commonly done thing in MMA but I can't see why it poses a problem.

Have you ever trained in Triplema?

No I've only been training for a couple of months. Now do you fancy answering my questions?

Also grading isn't given priority over everything like in more traditional martial arts, we're consentrating on training for competitions.

ok zam,,, i am not willing to argue with you but i will answer your questions.
yes i trained there a couple of times,, so yes i know what its like there.
being graded in mma(mixed martial arts) is a joke, there is no such thing.
even if being graded was exceptable,,, which its not... why would you want to be graded by someone who entered as a novice, in a submission grappling competion only 2 months ago?
the last thing i want to do here is argue with you zam theres just no point..
