Weigh in and Registration etc at 11 am

All proceeds now going towards funding Welsh Team - Amateur Muay Thai to fight in World Championships, Bangkok 2010.

We had 4 Bronze Medals at this years World Championships in Bangkok during March, hopefully with the new gym open and more training we can bring back Golds!

Ah man, i can't make this one. wayne has a grappling comp that day and i said i would take him. grrr hate missing interclubs! can i come out to thailand in march though? not to compete, just to train, see the sights get a soapy massage?

Had a few from Matt Lawes Brotherhood MMA for Muay Thai/K1 Controlled Contact - all matched on paper , still waiting for final few from some other gyms but maybe about 40 fights.

no unfortunately i fought Jarek from sweatbox last time and nose has only recently recovered, although i did get a standing ovation leaving the ring and awarded the balls of steel medal from Lee for my effort

I am cutting weight before my next interclub want to drop down to 90 ish so i don't have to fight blokes with the same build as Nikolai Valuev
