glad the interclub was a succsess, was gutted i couldn't be there and fight. on the other hand Lee, Wayne won the gold in the hereford open winning all his fights in the heavy weight catogory and came fourth in the open weight.

I'm aiming for the next interclub in january now. ade, your about my size?

Next one is the 6th of December, I've got the Hereford open that day as well the heavy weights this time round would have killed me tbh the Turkish bloke from Eagles looked good and Jarek seemed to have improved a lot since last time as well.

I wouldn't say it's a problem Matt has few big people at our mma gym so i get plenty of practice, we also have a number of heavy weight amateur boxers who know how to throw
