looking for somewhere to train in Aveley Essex

i used to train in wigan with tom blackledge but now i've moved to Aveley Essex. Can't find anywhere to train. looking for no-gi or mma or thai. I don't have a car & can't afford to travel very far.

there is a good kickboxing coach in aveley, great for privates, i haven't been there in years, sure i remember suley speaking good of steve kerridge years back, ask him.
alternatively mate check out where i train, up the road in romford, but if u drive ab no problem.
