Default Congrats to the Newport boys in Spartan Grappling champs!

Big congratulations to the Newport MMA boys who competed today in Bristols no-gi grappling comp.

Well done to 'Trikki' Rikki Fortuna for pulling off TWO flying armbars and taking gold, Dan Thomas for taking gold, Tom Hughes for Silver and the rest of the boys.

Anyone got the full results of the comp?
