After bombarding myself and Jamie Taylor with private messages about training at our gym Paul Jono once again failed to turn up. Tonite I waited for him for twenty minutes in the freezing cold only for him to no show for the third time on me. So I am wondering what Pauls excuse is was he in the bath again did his mam once again forget to wash his shorts was he getting fucked with a dildo by his new girlfriend ?

3 times! that's taking liberties imo and he wouldn't be welcome to show face there.
he's got a valid excuse though, him and his mum were out commiting benefit fraud and checking out new tax payer provided homes.
