When fitness trainers make exercise videos, they are USUALLY teaching/instructing the viewers how to do the same technique. This dude is going into an empty room of a gym and recording himself doing whatever the f*ck it is that he is doing and that’s all. I don’t get it. Could someone please explain WTF?
