Phillip K Dick novels are usually very enjoyable
I found it distracting, either make a cartoon or live action movie is what I think. This strange mixture between the two doesn't seem sure what it wants to be, it's almost like they've stuck a cartoon skin over live action footage or something.
I suppose it's all computer animated though; just scanned in the faces of each actor.

i just picked up the book earlier, going to read it and see what the film is like in comparison
couldn't see a release date though?
a few chapters into the book now, its very enjoyable.
