league dates are now set for 2010, all to be fought at nantyglo leisure centre, south wales
rd 1 - sun mar 7th - limited entry - entry forms available now!!
rd 2 - sun jun 6th
rd 3 - sun sept 12th
finals - sat dec 4th
there will also be a tournament in worcester october/november time, date to still be set. more information can be found at www.grappleandstrikewales.com

whats happen to the fight nights? any dates on them? or has it just turn to the leagues now mate?

I am not so hopeful. We'd have heard about it long before now.Plus, I would probably have had to pay for a computer upgrade.
