i would agree with reedy hill sprints - look at sprinting for 20 secs with 10 secs rest keep repeating for 5 mins try this for 3 rounds(you can use a treadmill on the incline or a hill) if you can do 3 x 5mins you will be fight fit cardio wise, to get an extra boost use a powerbreathe for in between rounds to get your lungs working if these 3 rounds become easier or do kettlebell swings in between rounds
cheers guys being doing the hill sprints and flat sprints with the kite thing and have noticed a huge improvment

all good advice..
but in relation to ur mma game and cardio..
try to stay as relaxed as possible when training/sparring/fighting and any cardio that u do have will go alot further..
roll a lot and spar loads,best thing for building cardio for something is to do it a often as you can!!!only my opinion
yeh had a few funny looks but its not to bad.
as far as sparring/rolling we do loads at the club and i know what yah mean at first it killed me but its getting way easier
