    and yes guys i know it cant be cheated just wanted to try and find some methods to get a faster noticable improvment from just running so will do the hill sprints and para runs etc as im sure they willknacker me out faster

    hill sprints or football pitch sprints.

    Default Hill Sprints, Kettlebell swings and powerbreathe

    i would agree with reedy hill sprints - look at sprinting for 20 secs with 10 secs rest keep repeating for 5 mins try this for 3 rounds(you can use a treadmill on the incline or a hill) if you can do 3 x 5mins you will be fight fit cardio wise, to get an extra boost use a powerbreathe for in between rounds to get your lungs working if these 3 rounds become easier or do kettlebell swings in between rounds

    cheers guys being doing the hill sprints and flat sprints with the kite thing and have noticed a huge improvment

    all good advice..

    but in relation to ur mma game and cardio..

    try to stay as relaxed as possible when training/sparring/fighting and any cardio that u do have will go alot further..

    roll a lot and spar loads,best thing for building cardio for something is to do it a often as you can!!!only my opinion

    totally agree u can run up shit loads of hill but nothing like sparring i found this out,thought i was fit then i rolled for first time in 6 wks i nearly died ha

    yeh had a few funny looks but its not to bad.

    as far as sparring/rolling we do loads at the club and i know what yah mean at first it killed me but its getting way easier
