So been off the wieghts for a good 6 months and rather jumping back into basic body building stuff iv decided to take up bjj so training now twice a week looking to train light wights .
did back the other day , light real light , I mean 10kg dead lifts.....but I'm in agony , making me feel sick. Not strained or pulled anything just real work out pain urgh .
This par for the corse with traing light ?
